Mr. Li is a life coach based in Taiwan, a national level two consultant, NGH certified Hypnotherapist and also a member of the NGH Association. He specializes in the study of people’s psychological and subconscious blueprints, the use of consulting skills to analyze thepsychological mechanisms, in-depth understanding of the needs and advantages of his clients.Thereafter, provides practical guidances and device methodologies, journeying alongside with his clients to resolve the emotional and behavioral distress behind the crux. Mr. Li specializes in relationships such as interpersonal, parent-child, marriage and workplace. He is also an excellent expertise in guiding his clients in emotion management and eliminating of undesirable habits.
Mr. Li has been in the financial industry for more than 25 years and has wealth of experiences and insights into organisational psychology i.e. workplace interpersonal relationships. From his past experiences, he is able to guide and empower his clients in combining their own resources, developing coping strategies and techniques hence harnessing and building personal career profiles. It is also notable that Mr Li, in the midst of his busy work schedules in the 1990s, was trained as a Counsellor for the former municipal Youth Counseling unit based in Taiwan,reaching out to the most corrupted areas of the time, counselling juveniles, visiting violent families and dysfunctional families, specializing in family relationship maintenance and family reconstructions.

The consultation will first assist you in clarifying your presenting issues and your expectations on how the consultation will best work for you. Sometimes the involved party may think they need to address “Z challenge”. But after precised assessments and analysis of the presenting issues, one would find that they had spend a lot of time “knocking at the wrong door”. This form of anlaysis is not only insufficient but may have unintentionally hurt people closed to them. When Mr Li begins his consultation with you, he will gradually guide you to go straight the core of the challenge, find out the crux and disassemble it. He will also work with you collaboratively to examine your resources, tap on your strengths, and guide you to gradually muster the courage and confidence to develop good skills and strategies to resolve the challenges you are facing.
